Randall Yearout is a Statesman, dedicated to educating his family, friends, neighbors and the citizenry of these united States on the authority of our Constitution.

Randall and his wife, Holly, have been married 29 years. Together they raised and home schooled 3 now-grown children and are blessed with 5 grandchildren. They live on a small rural property in Newman Lake.

Since 1978, he has been a member in good standing with the International Union of Operating Engineers and operated heavy equipment for both private contractors and at the Hanford nuclear reservation. Randall moved his family from the Tri-Cities to Spokane in 1995 after an injury that left him disabled, where he attended the Saddle Making School at Spokane Falls Community College, after which he opened and operated his own saddle shop. Since then, he has returned to the building trades as a crane operator for a locally owned small business.

Studying our founders and educating himself on the Constitution and its principles has been a passion to which Randall has dedicated the past 10 years. He has instructed “The Institute on the Constitution” numerous times as well as helping to oversee the Constitution Party’s monthly Continuing Education classes. Randall is writing and producing the “Constitution Minute” which is aired on radio stations regionally as well as being utilized by other state Constitution Party affiliates coast to coast.

He and his wife are both national delegates for the Constitution Party. Randall was the Constitution party’s candidate for the 5th Congressional District U.S. House seat in the 2008 election, securing an admirable number of votes as an unknown running on a 3rd party ticket. He has been nominated by his Party again to run for the same seat in this election.
